Joomla CMS (content management system) is open source  code licenced under General Public License (GPL). That means that the software is free, also known as Open Source (OS) that you can read more about here.

You only pay for the actual cost of the work I do, and the expenses for the domain and web space.

Joomla was launched in 2005 and in both 2006 and 2007 rated as the world's best open source CMS. It is currently the most widely used publishing solution available.  Joomla has won many awards and achieved wide recognition for its ease of use and functionality.

Joomla is very easy to use. It's easy to create new pages, add new menu items, publish news, image galleries, etc. To publish an article / news is as easy as typing a letter in Word.
